CIRCUIT TRAINING

We offer an interval circuit training program that provides a full strength and aerobic workout in as little as 30 minutes! Our machines are designed for women and are easy to use and provide a dual-resistance hydraulic system, with no pins for you to change or weights to adjust. Our workout allows you to increase your lean muscle tissue, which, in turn, increases muscle tone. Our specialized 30-minute program speeds up your metabolism, burns fat and aids in weight loss to help you get or stay in shape. Complete your workout using the stretch machine or on your own in the stretching area. For best results we suggest 3 or more times per week.
